Overview When resin is filled to a complex workpiece with a mounting board in the atmosphere, bubbles remain. This machine is a device that auto-injects in vacuum to prevent it.
 

[ Operation process ]

1.Set the workpiece
2.The turntable is reversed
3.The vacuum chamber goes down and evacuated, automatically injected, open to the atmosphere, secondary injected.
4.The vacuum chamber goes up, then the turntable is reversed. This cycle is repeated.

It also comes with an autocycle function that moves the cup for disposal by the cylinder to prevent hardening of two components caused by intervals between operation.
